The Athletic Enhancement Program will begin Monday
February 1st; you may sign up for two sessions per week. There will be two sessions available; 4:15 and
6:15, Mondays - Thursdays. Please look over your February practice schedule and
email Thanh Harnish at tharnish64@comcast.netwith
your selections. You will need to sign up for the whole month of February which
will be a total of 8 sessions. Space will be limited and will be on a first
come basis; so be sure to sign up early to secure a spot! Teams with 5:00
practices are still encouraged to sign up for the 4:15 sessions and teams with
7:00 practices, the 6:15 sessions. Get ready to dig deep, have fun, and get
fit!
